William James Harlow 
William James was born in 1839. William James' father was William C. Harlow and his mother was Matilda Bickley. His paternal grandparents were Charles Harlow and Mary Crews; his maternal grandparents were Humphrey Bickley and Agnes Crews. He had a brother and three sisters, named Andrew J., Mary Jane, Sarah Ann and Louisa M.. He was the third oldest of the five children. He was buried in Family Cemetery, Louisa Co., VA.-
