Curtis Henry was born on March 11th, 1943 in Fleschman's Farm, Louisa, VA. Curtis Henry's father was Willie Henry Carter and his mother was Susie Mildred Butler. His paternal grandparents were Herbert Joseph Madison Carter and Alice Virginia Marks; his maternal grandparents were George Kelly Butler and Frances Elizabeth Harlow. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Willie Daniel, Living, Dorothy Lorene, Fannie Louise, Living and Living. He died at the age of 47 on December 29th, 1990 in Louisa, VA. He was buried in Hillcrest Cemetary, Louisa, VA.-
