John Singleton Butler 
John Singleton was born on April 7th, 1844. John Singleton's father was James B. Butler and his mother was Elizabeth Frances Hansard. His paternal grandparents were James McGehee Butler and Sarah Christopher. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William, James, Martha Jane, Permelia Caroline, Margaret, Rhoda Rebekar and Nancy S.. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 19 on May 16th, 1863.-
