George Washington Armstrong 
George Washington was born on October 10th, 1871 in Lickinghole, Goochland Co., VA. George Washington's father was Zachariah Pulliam Armstrong and his mother was Willie Ann Amos. His paternal grandparents were David Armstrong and Frances Mitchell Pulliam; his maternal grandparents were William Franklin Amos and Frances Jane Faudree. He had five brothers and five sisters, named David, Dudley Pulliam, Kemper, Zachariah Pulliam, Walter Shelton, Lenora, Hester, Nancy Jennings, Amber Bell and Ruby Anderson. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 79 on February 17th, 1951 in Pocatello, Bannock, Idaho.-
