David Armstrong 
David was born on November 2nd, 1866 in Huttonville, Randolph Co., WV. David's father was Zachariah Pulliam Armstrong and his mother was Willie Ann Amos. His paternal grandparents were David Armstrong and Frances Mitchell Pulliam; his maternal grandparents were William Franklin Amos and Frances Jane Faudree. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Dudley Pulliam, George Washington, Kemper, Zachariah Pulliam, Walter Shelton, Lenora, Hester, Nancy Jennings, Amber Bell and Ruby Anderson. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 73 on February 1st, 1940 in Robin, Bannock, Idaho.-
