Amber Bell Armstrong 
Amber Bell was born on February 21st, 1880 in Ashland, Hanover Co., VA. Amber Bell's father was Zachariah Pulliam Armstrong and her mother was Willie Ann Amos. Her paternal grandparents were David Armstrong and Frances Mitchell Pulliam; her maternal grandparents were William Franklin Amos and Frances Jane Faudree. She had six brothers and four sisters, named David, Dudley Pulliam, George Washington, Kemper, Zachariah Pulliam, Walter Shelton, Lenora, Hester, Nancy Jennings and Ruby Anderson. She was the third youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 19 on January 15th, 1900.-
