Minie McCotter

Minie was born about 1877 in North Carolina.¹ Minie's father was Thomas York McCotter and her mother was Caroline McCotter. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Harvey McCotter and Julia Ann Delamar. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Richard Frank, Thomas York, Claud D, James W, Pauline, Pauline, Regenia Bucklin Ange, Annie Brown, Mary E, Anna and Annie Estelle. She was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. She had six half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Richard Franklin, Thomas York, John, Claud Duvall Mckay, James Winfred, Walter, Reginia Bucklin, Mary Elzi, Annie Byron and Elizabeth "Bessie".
