Elspeth Motion

Elspeth was born on May 14th, 1730 in St. Andrews and St. Leonards. Elspeth's father was Alexander Motion and her mother was Janet Collin. Her paternal grandparents were John Motion and Christian Traill. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John, James, Andrew, John, Alexander, Christian and Margaret. She was the seventh oldest of the eight children.
