Christian Motion

Christian was born on August 21st, 1720 in St. Andrews and St. Leonards. Christian's father was Alexander Motion and her mother was Janet Collin. Her paternal grandparents were John Motion and Christian Traill. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John, James, Andrew, John, Alexander, Margaret and Elspeth. She was the second oldest of the eight children.
