Matovics Mihály

Mihály was born on August 24th, 1850 in Maniga.¹ His godfather was Bajza István and his godmother was Schramek Anna. Mihály's father was Matovics Pál and his mother was Paczelt Mária. His maternal grandparents were Paczelt György and Tircz Mária. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named István, József, Mária, Katalin, Anna, Ilona, Magdolna, Magdolna and Terézia. He was the eighth oldest of the ten children. He died due to tabes at the age of 1 on March 31st, 1852 in Maniga.²
