Matovics Mária

Mária was born on December 28th, 1835 in Maniga.¹ Her godfather was Bajza István and her godmother was Schramek Anna. Mária's father was Matovics Pál and her mother was Paczelt Mária. Her maternal grandparents were Paczelt György and Tircz Mária. She had three brothers and six sisters, named István, József, Mihály, Katalin, Anna, Ilona, Magdolna, Magdolna and Terézia. She was the second oldest of the ten children.
