Henry Clay was born on April 11th, 1850 in West Point, Clay, Mississippi.  Henry Clay's father was John Wesley Gilbert and his mother was Sarah Broughton. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Jackson Marion, Franklin Monroe, John Wesley, Allen Broughton, Thomas, Zachariah Taylor, Daniel Webster, Twin, Twin and Laurania Annie.  He died at the age of 82 on September 16th, 1932 in , Tarrant, Texas.
