James MARSLAND

James was born in 1826 in Sale, Cheshire, England. James' father was John MARSLAND and his mother was Nancy WALKER. His paternal grandparents were Edward MARSLAND and Martha GRESTY. He had five brothers and six sisters, named John, Joseph, John, Edward, Thomas, Mary, Sarah, Ellen, Ann, Nancy and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the twelve children.
