Thomas Robertson 
Thomas was born on March 14th, 1797 in Dunfermline and his baptism took place there.1 2 Thomas' father was William Robertson and his mother was Elspeth Thomson. His paternal grandparents were George Robertson and Mary Cochran; his maternal grandparents were Robert Thomson and Janet Shipherd. He had four brothers and a sister, named John, George, James, William and Janet. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died from a heart attack, (supposed) heart affection, died suddenly, at the age of 73 on September 24th, 1870 in Glasgow.3 - General Notes
