Mary Fraser

Mary was born in 1839 in Mauchline.¹²

Mary's father was Alexander Fraser and her mother was Helen Hamilton. Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Fraser and Isabella Adamson; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Hamilton and Janet McLatchie. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Alexander, John, James, Janet, Isabella, Martha, Margaret, Helen, Helen and Jane. She had an adopted brother named Thomas. She died from a stroke, cerebral haemhorrhage, 6 hours, at the age of 52 on May 5th, 1891 in Paisley.³
