Maria Bogisich

Maria was born on March 18th, 1805 in Buda and her baptism took place on March 23rd, 1805 conducted by Fr Leonardus.¹   Her godfather was Josephus Knexovich and her godmother was Elisabetha Antonovich.  Maria's father was Franciscus Bogisich and her mother was Catharina Milkovich.  Her paternal grandparents were Matthias Simon Bogisich and Catharina Antolovich. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Franciscus, Sebastianus, Josephus, Anna, Elisabetha, Barbara, Catharina and Elisabetha.  She was the third youngest of the nine children.  She died at 1 months old on April 25th, 1805 in Buda.  The funeral took place in 1805 and was arranged by Fr Leonardus.^1 1
