Franciscus Bogisich (Ferenc)

Franciscus was born in 1753 in Buda and his baptism took place on October 9th, 1753.¹   His godfather was Gregorius Antonovich.

Franciscus' father was Matthias Simon Bogisich and his mother was Catharina Antolovich.  His paternal grandparents were Josephus Bogisich and Martha Ivanovicha. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Gregorius, Paulus, Mathias, Michael, Anna, Maria and Elisabetha.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 80 on June 19th, 1833 in Buda.  The funeral took place in 1833 and was arranged by Fr Theodorus Krály.^1 1
