Franciscus Bogisich (Ferenc)

Franciscus was born in November 1792 in Buda and his baptism took place on November 16th, 1792 conducted by Fr Leonardus.¹   His godmother was Roza Kovacs.  Franciscus' father was Franciscus Bogisich and his mother was Catharina Milkovich.  His paternal grandparents were Matthias Simon Bogisich and Catharina Antolovich. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Sebastianus, Josephus, Anna, Elisabetha, Barbara, Maria, Catharina and Elisabetha.  He was the oldest of the nine children.  He died at 2 months old on January 15th, 1793 in Buda.  The funeral took place in 1793 and was arranged by Fr Leonardus.^1 1
