Christopher ORD

Christopher was born on November 26th, 1772 in Preston House, Whitby, Yorkshire and his baptism took place there on December 20th, 1772.¹ Christopher's father was Robert ORD and his mother was Jane GOFFTON. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Robert, Henry, Henry, Henry, Mathew, Elizabeth, Jane, Ann and Dorothy. He was the sixth oldest of the ten children.
