Hiram Owen 
Hiram was born on September 1st, 1834.1 Hiram's father was Silas Whitman Owen and his mother was Roxanna Albee. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Owen and Sarah Walden Newman. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Savilla, David "Little David", Merrill Albee, Andrew, Amariah, Norman Whitman, Silas Whitman, Eunice and Elvira. He was the third youngest of the ten children.1 -
