Beatrice was born in 1903 in Van Zandt Co.,TX.1 Beatrice's father was Marmaduke Keyes Thomas and her mother was Sarah Effa (Effie) Riddle. Her paternal grandparents are William Green *Thomas and Sarah Jane *Kimbrough; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin Preston Riddle and Mary Ann Bass. She has two brothers and a sister, named Gladston, Milton and Fern. She is the second oldest of the four children.-
