Edward Burton 
Edward was born in 1510 in Longnor, Shropshire, England.1 Edward's father was John Burton and his mother was Elizabeth Poyner. His paternal grandparents were Edward Burton and Jocosa Cressett; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Poyner and Lucia Eyton. He had seven sisters named Jane, Jane, Eleanor, Ankekoka, Ann, Ankred and Mary. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers named Edward and Thomas. He died at the age of 48 in November 1558 in England.1 -
