Eleanor was born about 1255 in Of, , Surrey, England.  Eleanor's father was John de Warren , Earl of Warren & Surrey 7th and her mother was Alice Le Brun De Lusignan.  Her paternal grandparents were William de Warren , Earl of Warren & Surrey 6th and Maude Marshall , Countess Of Norfolk; her maternal grandparents were Hugh X Count De Lusignan and Isabella Taillefer Of Angouleme. She had a brother and two sisters, named William de, Isabel and Eleanor. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Isabel.  She died after 1282.  She was buried in Sallay Abbey, Craven, Yorkshire, Englans.
