Agnes was born in 1092 in Savoie, France and her baptism took place in 1115.1   Agnes' father was II, Count of Savoy Humbert and her mother was Gisele of Burgundy.  Her paternal grandparents were II Count of Savoy Amadeus and Johanna (Jeanne) de Geneva; her maternal grandparents were William II The Great Count Of Burgundy and Stephanie De Longwy. She had a brother named Amadeus. She had a half-brother named William III Margrave.  She died at the age of 62 in 1154 in Paris, Ville-de-Paris, France.  She was buried in Montmartre Abbey, , Savoie, France.1 2

‌Agnes and , "The Fat" King of France were married in a religious ceremony in 1115 in Paris, France.1   They had four sons and two daughters, named King of France, Robert I, Peter Lord, Pierre, Princess France and Princess of France.


Agnes' second family with Archambaud VI

‌Agnes and Archambaud VI were married in a religious ceremony in 1130.1   They had a son named Archembaud VIII.
