John Greer 
John was born in 1781 in FRANKLIN CO, VA. John's father was James GREER and his mother was Elizabeth Greer. His paternal grandfather was Benjamin Greer and his paternal grandmother is Rachel Lowe; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Greer Twin and Ann Lowe. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Isaac, EZEKIEL (SR), Isaiah, Mathew, Benjamin, Rachel and Rhoda. He is the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
