James GREER 
James was born in 1604 in Capenoch D., Scotland and his baptism took place on December 20th, 1607. James' father was William Of Lag Grierson Sir and his mother was Nicola Maxwell. His paternal grandparents were Rogerson Grierson of Lag VIII Lord and Helen Douglas; his maternal grandparents were John Maxwell Lord and Agnes Herries. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Alexander, John, Lancelot, Sir Robert KNIGHTED, Sir William, Helena, Sara, Agnes and Isobel. He had four half-brothers named John, Alexander, William and Thomas. He died at the age of 62 in 1666 in Dunfrieshire, Scotland.
