Adelaide (Ada) was born in 1120.  Adelaide (Ada)'s father was William II de Warenne and her mother was Isabella Capet de Crepi of Vermandois.  Her paternal grandparents were William I de Warenne and Gundrada de St. Omer; her maternal grandparents were Hugh I Magnus the Great de Crepi of France and Adelar de Vermandois. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Rainald, Ralph, William III, Gundrada and Ella. She had three half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Hugh the Poor, Waleran, Robert II Bossu, Adeline de Beaumont of, Aubreye, Agnes, Amicade, Maude, Eleanor and Isabel (Elizabeth).  She died at the age of 58 in 1178.


Adelaide (Ada)'s family with Henry Dunkeld of Huntingdon

‌Adelaide (Ada) and Henry Dunkeld of were married in a religious ceremony in 1139 in England.  They had four sons and five daughters, named William I the Lion of, David Dunkeld of, John, Malcolm IV the Maiden of, Ada of, Isabella of, Maud of, Marjory Canmore of and Margaret of.
