George H. Shaffer 
George H. was born on August 20th, 1857. George H.'s father was Peter Shaffer and his mother is Polly Brock. His paternal grandparents were George E. Shaver and Isabelle Rodgers. He had three sisters named Elizabeth, Zoria C. and Becky. He had four half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Edgar Peter, Luther Lewis, Loyd E., John Russell, Loubertia, Ittol E., Bessie F., Josie and Cronie. He died at the age of 83 on January 16th, 1941. He was buried in Small woodland cemetary on hillside, Green Sulpher Springs, Summers County, West Virginia.-
