Clowney Shaffer

Clowney was born before 1894. Clowney's father was George H. Shaffer and his mother is Minerva Martin. His paternal grandfather was Peter Shaffer and his paternal grandmother is Polly Brock; his maternal grandfather was Shedrick Martin. He had two brothers and a sister, named Bill, Pearl and Effie.
