Simon O Crosiar 
Simon O was born on September 23rd, 1863 in Utica Township, LaSalle County, Illinois. Simon O's father was Amasa Owen Crosiar and his mother was Lovina Brown. His paternal grandparents were Simon Crosiar and Sarah H. Owen; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Brown and Lovina Akers. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named William Albert, Olin Lewis, Eli Ives, Ella, Emma, Sarah Lovina, Mary Louisa, Annie Jane, Olive Nancy and Mattie Alice. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Infant Son, Samuel Brown, Infant Daughter, Sarah Ann and Zuleika. He died at 4 months old on January 28th, 1864 in Utica, Illinois.-
