Mattie Alice Crosiar 
Mattie Alice was born on June 15th, 1876 in Utica, La Salle County, Illinois. Mattie Alice's father was Amasa Owen Crosiar and her mother was Lovina Brown. Her paternal grandparents were Simon Crosiar and Sarah H. Owen; her maternal grandparents were Samuel Brown and Lovina Akers. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Simon O, William Albert, Olin Lewis, Eli Ives, Ella, Emma, Sarah Lovina, Mary Louisa, Annie Jane and Olive Nancy. She was the youngest of the eleven children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Infant Son, Samuel Brown, Infant Daughter, Sarah Ann and Zuleika. She died at the age of 81 in August 1957 in Gainesville, Georgia.General Notes
