Edward Crosby was born in November 1866 in Bellview, Pennsylvania.1 Edward Crosby's father was Ralph Whitsett Means and his mother was Eleanor L. Davitt. His paternal grandparents were Ralph Benjamin Means and Hadessa Nancy Whitsett. He had a brother and five sisters, named Mowry E., Eleanor D., Jeanette T., Josephine Agnes, Elmira C. and Sarah. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Benny, Ralph, William B., Kate E., Mary Price, Lulah Jones and Lydia Hadassa. He died in Denver, Colorado.1 General Notes
