Ralph Means 
Ralph was born on December 30th, 1855 in Bellview, Pennsylvania.1 Ralph's father was Ralph Whitsett Means and his mother was Lydia Jones. His paternal grandparents were Ralph Benjamin Means and Hadessa Nancy Whitsett; his maternal grandparents are Rees Jones and Catherine Humbert. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Benny, William B., Kate E., Mary Price, Lulah Jones and Lydia Hadassa. He had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Edward Crosby, Mowry E., Eleanor D., Jeanette T., Josephine Agnes, Elmira C. and Sarah. He died at the age of 37 on May 23rd, 1893 in Bellview, Pennsylvania. He was buried on August 30th, 1851 in Allegheny Cem., Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania.1 1 General Notes
