Her paternal grandparents were Isham Skaggs and Rachel Downs; her maternal grandparents were James Fulkerson and Elizabeth or Mary. She had a brother and four sisters, named Francis Washington, Janie, Nancy E., Molly and Hennie. She was the youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 82 on September 9th, 1956.2 -
