Sir John FitzAlan

Sir John was born about 1348 in Arundel, Sussex, England. Sir John's father was Sir Richard II fitz Alan and his mother was Alianor Plantagenet of Lancaster. His paternal grandparents were Sir Edmund FitzAlan and Alice de Warenne; his maternal grandparents were Henry Plantagenet and Maud De Chaworth. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Richard III, Thomas, Joan, Alice and Eleanor. He was the second oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Sir Edmund Fitz, Sir John, Henry, Mary Isabel Fitz and Maud. He died on December 15th, 1379 in Drowned in the Irish Sea.
