Roger de was born about June 11th, 1295 in Of Chagford,Devonshire,Eng. Roger de's father was John 1st Baron de Moels , of Cadbury & Maperton and his mother was Maud de Grey. His paternal grandfather was Roger de Moels , of Cadbury & Maperton, Sir Knt; his maternal grandparents were Reynold De Grey 1st Lord Grey Of Wilton and Maud De Longchamp. He had five brothers and a sister, named Nicholas de, Roger 3rd Baron de, John de, John II, John 4th Baron de and Joan de. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had a half-brother named Nicholas 2nd Baron de. He died before July 13th, 1316 in (Unmarried).
