Hawise de was born about 1205 in Cadbury, Tiverton, Somerset, England. Hawise de's father was James de Newmarch , of Cadbury and her mother was Maud. Her paternal grandparents were Henry de Newmarch , of Cadbury and Isabel. She was an only child. She died after 1244.1 General Notes
He [Nicholas de Moels] married, in or after 1230, Hawise, widow of JohnDE BOTREAUX (whom she married in 1218), and younger daughter and coheirof James DE NEWMARCH (de Neufmarché), of Cadbury, &c.
