Pál Körtvélyesi

Pál was born on January 21st, 1806 in Halászi.¹   Pál's father was Mihály Körtvélyesi and his mother was Mária Barbély.  His paternal grandparents were János Körtvélyesi and Zsuzsanna Varga. He had five brothers and a sister, named Vendel, Mihály, János, Ágnes, Mihály and Eszter.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 150 in 1956 in Halászi.²
