Mihály Körtvélyesi

Mihály was born in September 1811 in Halászi and his baptism took place there on September 2nd, 1811.¹   Mihály's father was Mihály Körtvélyesi and his mother was Mária Barbély.  His paternal grandparents were János Körtvélyesi and Zsuzsanna Varga. He had five brothers and a sister, named Pál, Vendel, János, Ágnes, Mihály and Eszter.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.
