Lajos Körtvélyesi

Lajos was born on July 19th, 1893 in Ada.¹   Lajos' father was György Körtvélyesi and his mother was Anna Oláh.  His paternal grandparents were Imre Körtvélyesi and Teréz Tóbiás. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Pál, József, Julianna, István, Kálmán, István, Erzsébet and Anna.  He was the second youngest of the nine children. He had a half-brother named Gábor.
