Terézia was born in August 1908 in Aranyos.1   Terézia's father was Florencz (Hotenez) Réthy (Szeti?) and her mother was Rebeka Székely.  Her paternal grandparents were József Réti (Szeti?) and Eszter Faragó; her maternal grandparents were József Székely and Erzsébet Balázs. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Zoltán, Florencz, Lajos, Zsófia, Vilma, Zsófia, Eszter, Zsuzsana and Terézia.  She was the youngest of the ten children.  She died as an infant, veleszületett gyengeség, at 2 months old on October 18th, 1908 in Aranyos.1
