Thomas D'Oyly 
Thomas' father was Sir John D'Oyly (1st Baronet Chislehampton) and his mother was Margaret Cholmeley. His paternal grandparents were John D'Oyly and Mary Shirley; his maternal grandparents were Col. Richard Cholmeley (of Grosmont) and Margaret Paulett. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Cholmley, Robert, Richard, John, Elizabeth and Mary.General Notes

Thomas D'Oyly, an officer in the Customs, who married Mrs. Fortescue, a widow lady, whose husband was brother to Hugh Fortescue, Esq. father of the Lord Clinton. Her maiden name is unknown, but her arms it appears were, "Quarterly per fesse indented, over all three lions rampant," as this coat impaled with D'Oyly appears impressed in wax on a letter from a Thomas D'Oyly, holding an official appointment at Oxford, dated April 1694.[375] —he died it appears without male issue to survive.
