Mary Ramsbottom

Mary was born in 1791 in Whitefield and her baptism took place on May 1st, 1791 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Prestwich).¹

Birth Notes

Mary's father was Thomas Ramsbottom and her mother was Margaret Mather. Her maternal grandparents were William Mather and Elizabeth (Betty) Ingram. She had six brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Robert, Thomas, Richard, James, Jane, Betty and Ann. Mary and Jane were twins.
