James Stapleton 
James was born on August 2nd, 1903 in Knockboy, Buolick. James' father was Patrick Stapleton and his mother was Ellen Bartley. His paternal grandparents were William Stapleton and Margaret Nowlan; his maternal grandparents were Michael Bartley and Mary Manton. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Michael, Patrick, John, Richard, Margaret and Mary. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 73 on April 19th, 1977 in Knockboy, Buolick.-
