Louisa was born on December 18th, 1724 in Leicester House,London,England.  Louisa's father was George_II Hanover and her mother was Caroline of_Ansbach.  Her paternal grandparents were George_I Hanover and Sophia Dorothea of_Celle; her maternal grandfather was John Frederick of_Brandenburg-.  She was the youngest of nine children.  She had four brothers and four sisters, named Frederick Louis, Son, George William, William Augustus of_Cumberland, Anne, Amelia Sophia Eleanor, Caroline Elizabeth and Mary.  She died at the age of 27 on December 19th, 1751 in Christiansborg,Denmark.
