Loretta Gaspar

Loretta was born in 1930. Loretta's father was John (Bill) William Gaspar and her mother is Veronica (Fron) Hardes. Her paternal grandparents were Lampert Gaspard and Julia Meyer; her maternal grandparents are Anton Hardes and Sophia. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Clarence, Vincent, Irene, Cecilia and Dorothy. She is the fourth oldest of the six children.

General Notes
- Sister Janette graduated from Presentation Junior College and taught in parochial schools in South Dakota and Minnesota for about eight years. She then became a registered nurse and earned her B.S. in nursing from Mount Marty College. For six years she was involved in nursing education and also worked as a registered nurse in health centers in Aberdeen and Sioux Falls. She was also a manager of the craft shot at Presentation Heights in Aberdeen.
