Thomas Kitto

Thomas was born in 1881 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland. Thomas' father was William Andrew Kitto and his mother was Elizabeth Jane Tembey. His paternal grandparents are James Kitto and Alice Williams; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Tembey and Sarah Thomas. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James Henry, William Christopher, Joseph Samuel, Eliza, Elizabeth Jane, Sarah Ann, Eliza and Louie. He is the seventh oldest of the nine children.
