James Henry Kitto

James Henry was born in June 1871 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland. James Henry's father was William Andrew Kitto and his mother was Elizabeth Jane Tembey. His paternal grandparents are James Kitto and Alice Williams; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Tembey and Sarah Thomas. He had three brothers and five sisters, named William Christopher, Joseph Samuel, Thomas, Eliza, Elizabeth Jane, Sarah Ann, Eliza and Louie. He is the third oldest of the nine children.
