Hariett Downs

Hariett was born in 1864 in Pelsall, Staffordshire, England. Hariett's father is William Pope Downs and her mother was Ruth Groom. Her maternal grandfather was Thomas Groom and her maternal grandmother is Mary Preece. She has three brothers and four sisters, named William, James, John, Mary Ann, Sarah Jane, Rosanna and Edith. She is the fourth oldest of the eight children.
