Mary HENDRA 
Mary was born on November 25th, 1867 in Stblazey, Cornwall, England.1 Mary's father was John HENDRA and her mother was Mary Jane ROWE. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas HENDRA and Mary BANDS; her maternal grandfather was William ROWE and her maternal grandmother is Ann BLAMEY. She had eight brothers and six sisters, named John Thomas, John, Nathanial Rowe, Thomas, Frederick, Alfred, Melville, William Benson, Martha, Emma, Ida, Louisa, Myrtle Victoria and Candace. She died at the age of 32 in April 1900 in Cornwall, England. She was buried in April 1900 in StCleer, Cornwall, England.1 1 General Notes

Mary Hendra was born 25 Nov 1867 at St Blazey, Cornwall and was the daughter of John Hendra and Mary Jane (nee Rowe). Little is known about her early life. She was married at thirty years old to William Henry Congdon at Stoke Damerell Church, Devonport, Devon in 1897. However, she died just three years later in April 1900 and is buried in the cemetery at St Cleer, Cornwall (where her Father and some of her siblings were still living). There were no children from her marriage.
